bumpy road lackluster breakfast
The mayan sauna was a neat perk. I guess i can't complain too much about that.
The road getting there was like driving on the moon. potholes everywhere! then, the room was missing a mini fridge. how am i supposed to keep my snacks cold in the jungle. finally, the american breakfast was just sad. a few sad items. Not exactly a feast.

I found the hotel service to be just ok. The staff seemed stressed. i often heard their walkie talkies, though the resort didn't appear busy. finding someone for necessities like pool towels or a hair dryer proved challenging (it shouldn't be that hard).
